Normal period is from February to November and Peak Hire is December & January. Please check the calendar to see the availability of Imagine, if your preferred times are unavailable please contact us and we will do all we can to accomodate you at another time.
Boarding is at 3pm and the Departure is 10am Unless arranged prior.

What to expect:
On arrival you will need to report to the Kia Marina office where you will be greeted and pay the Bond. From here you will be shown to the vessel to unload your cars and then move your vehicle to the secured car park for the duration of the hire. One of the Kia staff will then give you a tour and induction on the vessel clearly explaining the safety measures along with the operating procedures. Once they are satisfied that you are competent they will cast you away for your trip up or down the river. Whilst on the water if you have any issues there is 24hr support available from the Kia staff.
Note: Pets are permitted on Imagine at the approval of management, conditions apply.
